Here are some eerie events and creepy activities for your Halloween 2022 season here on Vancouver Island!
I’ve never been a huge fan of Christmas and as the years go by and Halloween grows in importance in our family, Christmas seems to shrink. However, morphing the two holidays has expanded my appreciation of the more gleeful holiday. This year, my goal is to watch as many Christmas horror movies as I can before December 25! I’ve compiled a list for myself and for you so that we can all explore the darker side of this season. Instead of the 12 Days of Christmas, we have the 12 Nights of Christmas.
All the things I want to do this Halloween 2020.
It’s 2020 and the world got really weird and scary this year. Many of us still want to celebrate Halloween in safe ways and what better way to enjoy the season than to host an Outdoor Horror movie night. A movie night outdoors is a covid-friendly way to get together and be scared with your friends.

Halloween can be full of unnecessary waste but making it a sustainable holiday can be easy. Refusing, reducing and composting are things to consider when getting ready for the big day
I watched a documentary last night called Why Horror, which investigated why we choose to subject ourselves to horror movies. I’ve been thinking about this for many years in an effort to understand my own affinity to horror movies and to Halloween in general.
